Mission
Statement
Our mission statement is to provide our customers with top quality
product at reasonable prices. We will keep on investing in new machinery
as we believe that this is one way of staying competitive. We strive
to improve our quality wherever possible. We strongly believe in the
policy of getting the job done right first time. |
ISO
Accredited
We are ISO accredited ISO 9001:2000. We have a fully fledged quality
department run by Joe Ferraz who has 2 quality patrol inspectors under
him. When a new project is started all the critical dimensions are
obtained from the customer. From this a work instruction is issued
that is posted on the machine when the production is running. These
work instructions are updated on a regular basis if and when is necessary.
We do have 2 Branson ultrasonic welders and do assembly work as per
our customer’s requirements. As an ongoing quest to meet our
customers particular needs we, in 2005, set up ADV Auto at 36 Staal
Street. We have a 40 ton vertical Aburg and 3 other Arburg injection
moulding machines ranging from 30 ton to 150 ton.

Training
& Development
of our Staff
We believe in promoting from within. We have 2 shift supervisors and
2 assistant shift supervisors that started working for us as unskilled
workers. We trained them up as machine minders and later identified
them as possible shift supervisors. They in time were trained up and
promoted into the positions that they now hold. There are ongoing
training programs to improve quality and keep our reject rates low.
