Vision
Our vision is to provide an all round service to our existing and prospective new customers. We hope that by doing this we can become one of the better custom injection moulding companies in the country. We will achieve this by investing in new machinery and technologies were they are needed. Where needed we will engage with other companies to provide an all round service to satisfy our customers’ needs. All of the above we hope will help grow our business.
Culture
As a proudly South African owned and operated company we believe that all should benefit from working at ADV Plastics. We believe in training all our staff members so that they can perform to the best of their abilities. We believe in promoting from within and so all of this training stands the successful candidate in good stead. These people are also sent on external training courses where necessary thus empowering the employee with work place skills that they can use anywhere.
Experience
Between Chris and Basil Philippides they have a combined 61 years experience in injection moulding and 70% of our staff have been with the company for more than 10 years. But even with all this experience we still believe that we can learn a lot.
All of our supervisors and assistant shift supervisors have been on courses to aide them in their day to day duties. There is constant day to day training for the machine minders so that we can reduce the scrap rate of all products.
